Young & Jackson

One of the great things about Melbourne is that there’s so much going on and always something extra you can do before, or after, to enhance your experience. Young & Jackson is the place where Melburnians meet, due to the pub's premier location on the corner of Melbourne's busiest intersection. So if you’ve come to the city for the footy, or the theatre, why not stay for a heart-warming meal or drink at a cosy venue like Y&Js? You can even sample the pub’s own micro-brewed beer – Naked Ale.

The Roast Collection

Until 30 June

If a hearty winter meal at one of Melbourne’s top restaurants, bars or pubs sounds like heaven, then the Roast Collection, from the makers of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, is the thing for you. Dishing up over 50 roast-inspired events to celebrate Victoria's bountiful winter produce, the schedule includes degustation dinners, Sunday lunches and roaring roasts at places like San Telmo, Red Spice Road, the Royal Mail Hotel, the Portland Hotel and Bistro Vue.

Melbourne City Highlights Photography Tour

Saturday 16 June

Improve your digital SLR photography with a Melbourne City Highlights Photography Tour. During the tour, participants are encouraged to explore and shoot many of the city's most famous sights. Travel in comfort on one of Melbourne's historic trams, getting on and off at each location, or join the bicycle tours with a light brunch included. Finish with a post-imaging course and find out how to fine-tune your pics.

North Melbourne Market

Sunday 24 June, Sunday 22 July and Sunday 19 August

Specialising in vintage, handmade and independent designers, the market is located in the warm and welcoming environment of the Lithuanian Club grand ballroom. Open from 10am to 3pm, there’s plenty of time to discover the delights of the Errol Street precinct while you’re there.
